An easy and cheap 6 ingredient recipe of meat and potatoes. Make it fast in your Instant Pot.

- 2 pounds Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 3/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 (15.25 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (optional)
Instructions
- Pour 1 ½ cups of water into bottom of Instant Pot. Add potatoes to a steamer basket. Drop the steamer basket into the Instant Pot. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up move the valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Remove the steamer basket of potatoes and set aside. Discard the water and dry out the pot.
- Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. When displays says HOT add in the ground beef and brown. Drain off excess grease. Stir in ¾ tsp of the seasoning salt.
- Gently stir in the potatoes, 1 tsp of seasoning salt, pepper, corn and green chiles.
- Scoop onto plates and serve. If desired serve with a little shredded cheese and ketchup on top.
