  3. Stir in the cheddar until smooth.
  4. Hollow out the center of the bread bowl and spoon the dip inside.
  5. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350° F oven.
  6. Garnish with the green onions. Serve the dip with crackers, chips or vegetables.

Oven Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Hollow out the center of the bread bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl beat together the sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in the hot sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, ham and cheddar.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl.
  4. Wrap in foil and place in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions. Serve the dip with crackers, chips or vegetables.

Notes

If you’d like to double this recipe you can use an entire loaf of French bread to hollow out instead of the bread bowl.

Try toasting the bread innards and use them to dip with. So tasty!
