Description
Egg noodles, seasoned ground beef, corn and diced green peppers in a marinara sauce and finished off with shredded cheddar cheese. An easy Instant Pot one pot meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 (12 oz) package uncooked egg noodles
- 1 (14.5 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (24 oz) can or jar of marinara sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, cored and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the diced onions. Brown the beef for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
- Dump in the noodles evenly. Dump the corn, marinara sauce and green pepper on top. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 2 minutes. When time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Stir well. Stir in the cheese and let melt. Scoop onto plates and serve.
