Description

Egg noodles, seasoned ground beef, corn and diced green peppers in a marinara sauce and finished off with shredded cheddar cheese. An easy Instant Pot one pot meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (12 oz) package uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (24 oz) can or jar of marinara sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, cored and diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the diced onions. Brown the beef for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
  3. Dump in the noodles evenly. Dump the corn, marinara sauce and green pepper on top. Don’t stir.
  4. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 2 minutes. When time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid.
  5. Stir well. Stir in the cheese and let melt. Scoop onto plates and serve.
