Description
Layers of egg noodles, cream cheese, chicken, red sauce and cheese. A family favorite!
Ingredients

- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (12 oz) package egg noodles
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Instructions
- Add broth, egg noodles and chicken into Instant Pot.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute.
- While pot is coming to pressure get out a medium bowl and stir together softened cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
- In a separate bowl stir together tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- When Instant Pot is done move valve to venting and remove the lid. Stir contents of pot.
- Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the noodles.
- Then spread the tomato sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Place air fryer lid on top. Bake at 350° F for 7 minutes.
- Use a spoon to dig deep to get all the layers. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have an air fryer lid you can do steps 1-5 in an Instant Pot and then layer in a 9×13 inch pan and bake in the oven at 350° F for 15 minutes.
