The easiest and the tastiest potatoes! Red potatoes with ranch dressing, cheddar and bacon made quickly with your Instant Pot.


  • 2 pound red potatoes
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup Olive Garden Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon crumbles


  1. Pour 1 ½ cups water into bottom of Instant Pot. 
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into half inch cubes. Place potatoes into steamer basket. Lower the steamer basket into bottom of Instant Pot.
  3. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid. 
  4. Remove the steamer basket. Dump out the water and dry out the Instant Pot. Dump the potatoes into the Instant Pot. Fold in the seasoned salt, ranch dressing. cheddar and bacon. 
  5. Serve immediately.
