Description
Seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, and classic burger toppings like cheese, pickles and bacon are combined in the Instant Pot for a one-pot meal with all the flavors of a loaded cheeseburger.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1 pound Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the steak seasoning.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Evenly add in the potatoes. Dump in the ketchup and mustard and sprinkle the potatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Gently stir in the mayo, cheese, pickles, tomatoes and bacon.
