Description

An easy breakfast bake with layers of hash brown patties, savory ham, cheddar and eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 frozen hash brown patties
  • 8 ounces ham cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9×9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Line the bottom of the pan with the hashbrowns. Evenly spread the ham and cheese over the top.
  3. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.
