An easy breakfast bake with layers of hash brown patties, savory ham, cheddar and eggs.

- 6 frozen hash brown patties
- 8 ounces ham cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9×9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Line the bottom of the pan with the hashbrowns. Evenly spread the ham and cheese over the top.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
