Description
A quick Instant Pot pasta dish with tender broccoli, cheesy goodness, and simple seasonings for a comforting, no-fuss meal on the nights you don’t want to cook!
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 8 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Instructions
- Pour broth into Instant Pot. Add in the pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Sprinkle in the noodles. Add broccoli evenly over the top of the noodles.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting.
- Stir in the cottage cheese and cheddar.
- Scoop onto plates and enjoy!
