Description
An easy Instant Pot pasta dish with seasoned ground beef, rigatoni, and a creamy tomato sauce topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Dash of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 6 oz rigatoni
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the diced onion. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning and red pepper.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the rigatoni. Pour crushed tomatoes evenly over the pasta. Add in cream cheese.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir. Sprinkle the cheese on top and let melt (I used air fryer lid to melt the cheesy quickly).
- Serve and enjoy!
