Description
An Instant Pot noodle dish with ground beef, sour cream, cheese and red sauce. A delicious, easy and fast dinner.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 (12 oz) package egg noodles
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the egg noodles evenly. Dump the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the noodles.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up, move the valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Temper the sour cream by stirring a cup of the hot mixture into the sour cream. Stir the mixture into the pot. Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt.
