Description
An easy Instant Pot dinner made with ground beef, noodles, tomatoes, and a parmesan finish.

- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 8 oz Mrs. Miller's Old Fashioned Wide Egg Noodles (or elbow macaroni)
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onions. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Layer the noodles on top. Dump the tomatoes and tomato sauce evenly over the noodles. Add in the cream cheese.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle in the parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
