Description

An easy Instant Pot recipe with tender bites of chicken, cavatappi pasta, a creamy sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cavatappi pasta
  • 20 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's cream chicken chicken with herbs soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour broth into Instant Pot. Add in the pasta. Then lay the chicken on top of the pasta. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika on top of the chicken. Dump soup, tomato sauce, sugar and balsamic on top. Don’t stir.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting and remove the lid.
  3. Stir. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt. Serve and enjoy!
