Description

The easiest chicken ever! With only 4 main ingredients this dump and go crockpot chicken is fast to make and delicious to eat. 


Ingredients

  • 24 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbells French onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 oz shredded gruyere (or swiss or mozzarella)
  • 2 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • Garlic toast, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add chicken thighs (whole or you can cut into pieces) into slow cooker. Pour in the french onion soup over the top.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours (for pieces) or 4 hours for whole thighs. 
  3. In a small bowl stir together cornstarch with equal parts cold water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker. Cook on high until sauce thickens. 
  4. Stir in the cheeses.
  5. Serve chicken and sauce with garlic toast.
