Easy Club Chicken

Easy Club Chicken is an air fryer chicken tenderloin recipe with only 4 ingredients! The chicken is juicy and tender and takes just a few minutes to make. 


  • 1 sleeve of club crackers (36 crackers)
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter


  1. Crush the crackers into crumbs (I used a blender and pulsed a few times). 
  2. Place the cracker crumbs into a bowl. Stir the Italian salad dressing mix in with the crumbs. 
  3. In a separate bowl add the melted butter.
  4. Pat each piece of chicken dry with a paper towel.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the butter and then roll in the cracker crumbs. Place each piece of chicken into bottom of air fryer. Try not to overlap the chicken. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to work in batches. 
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees and then flip chicken over and air fry for 5 more minutes. 
  7. Serve chicken with any dipping sauce you like (ketchup, barbecue, honey mustard, ranch, etc).
