Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken and herbs soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked converted or long grain white rice
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl stir together all ingredients.
- Spray a 9×9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the chicken mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
