Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken and herbs soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked converted or long grain white rice
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients. 
  3. Spray a 9×9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the chicken mixture into the pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
