- 3 cups rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup uncooked converted rice
- 1 1/2 cups boiling chicken broth
- 1 cup Herdez guacamole salsa (I like mild)
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Add chicken, rice and heated broth into slow cooker. Drizzle the salsa over the top.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt.
