Description
A creamy and comforting Instant Pot chicken and broccoli pasta with bacon, all made in one pot for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 12 oz bag frozen broccoli
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
Instructions
- Add broth, garlic powder and pepper into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the egg noodles. Add chicken, broccoli and cream cheese on top of the noodles. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the broccoli.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Stir in the cream, parmesan and bacon.
- Serve and enjoy!
