Slow Cooker Barbecue Ranch Chicken Nachos

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs – 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp minute tapioca


  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker. Mix bbq sauce, ranch dressing and tapioca together and pour over the top of the chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  3. Remove lid and shred the chicken.
  4. Serve chicken over nachos or salad or pizza.


Ideal slow cooker size: 3 quart
