Description
An easy slow cooker loose meat sandwich made with seasoned ground beef and onions. It’s piled onto buns and topped with crunchy dill pickles.

- 32 oz lean ground beef
- 1 cup finely diced onion
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- Sliced dill pickles
- Buns
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onions. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, vinegar and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Remove lid and stir.
- Use a slotted spoon to scoop meat mixture onto buns. Top with pickles.
