An easy slow cooker loose meat sandwich made with seasoned ground beef and onions. It’s piled onto buns and topped with crunchy dill pickles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 cup finely diced onion
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Sliced dill pickles
  • Buns

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onions. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Transfer to the slow cooker.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Remove lid and stir.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to scoop meat mixture onto buns. Top with pickles.
