I tweeted and I am a coobook junkie! I would love this so very much!
I just bought an Instant Pot Mini! Haven’t even taken it out of the box yet. Feeling a little intimidated by all the buttons!

Great looking kids. How nice to see pictures of them!
Thanks for all your great recipes. I was ready to return my pot until I started receiving your recipes and instructions. I’m still not adventurous with my dinners but with your help I’m not ruining dinner. Again, thank you!

Love, love, love your recipes! I’m fairly new to the IP and you’ve given me confidence to jump right in and use it! Thank you!!
Karen, I love using the slow cooker & my instant pot. Thanks so very much for all your recipes. Love, love them!
Bought an Instant Pot – still not feeling comfortable enough to use it. Seems complicated. I used to use a pressure cooker frequently – but this ‘pressure cooker’/’instant pot’/’slow cooker is intimidating. Wish there was a video (a comprehensive, well done instructional video) that I could use to learn how to cook with this method. I already subscribe to the daily ‘instant pot’ recipes – looking for incentive/motivation to start using this new appliance.

Embrace it. These recipes tell you which function to use and when within the recipe. Maybe try with eggs or something simple to start. Go from there. It gets amazing really fast! Just follow the steps here.
Like Patti, I’m a relative Instant Pot newbie too. I adore being on your mailing list and getting so many new and excellent recipes and ideas for my kitchen ‘toy’! Huge thanks, Karen 🙂
I enjoy looking through all of your recipes and trying them out. I let my family and coworkers know of your website, as well as my boyfriend lets his coworkers know as well at lunch time when he shares his yummy lunch with them!! 🙂 I just added the slow cooker crustless spinach quiche to my recipe binder this morning -delicious. Thank you!!

Thanks so much for the drawing for the cookbooks. I’m on your site every day, sometimes once, sometimes numerous times. Love my slow-cooker, but really LOVE my new Instant Pot. Your recipes, are so detailed and “yummy”. The newbies will enjoy and the more advanced will find their recipes, also. Your time and effort is greatly appreciated in our behalf. I’ve already purchased a glass lid, a two stack rack, etc. Thank you again very much. Verna Anderson
