Description
An easy 20-minute chicken dinner made with tender bites of chicken, garlic butter, herbs and melty mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
Instructions
Stovetop Instructions:
- Slice the chicken across the grain, then cut the strips crosswise into ½-inch bite-size cubes.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the butter and let it melt.
- Add in the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring every couple minutes. Make sure cooked is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
- Add in the garlic and toss in the butter and juices.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, thyme, sage and rosemary. Toss well.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the mozzarella cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Slice the chicken across the grain, then cut the strips crosswise into ½-inch bite-size cubes. Add to the slow cooker.
- Melt the butter and stir it into the slow cooker.
- Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, sage and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
- Stir in the mozzarella and serve.
