Description
Tender bites of chicken with a luscious tomato sauce, spaghetti, basil and cheese made in your Instant Pot.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 ounces provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Add chicken into Instant Pot. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder and salt to coat the chicken.
- Pour in the broth and vinegar. Break the spaghetti in half and lay it into the pot in a criss cross pattern. Dump the tomatoes on top of the spaghetti. Place butter into the pot.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the cheeses and basil. Serve and enjoy!
