Description
Instant Pot or Crockpot Campfire Chicken has chicken, red potatoes, corn and lots of flavor from seasonings. An easy dump and go recipe!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins (frozen or fresh)
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut into half inch cubes
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into half inch rounds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups frozen sweet white corn
Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in the order listed above into the Instant Pot.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual pressure cook button to 2 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Gently stir. Serve and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.
- Gently stir. Serve and enjoy!
