Easy Beef Stir Fry

Description

A quick 20-minute dinner made with tender strips of sirloin, crisp vegetables and a simple savory soy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 16 oz beef sirloin, cut into skinny strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots to pan and stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic, green onions, soy sauce and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, if using. Add broccoli, bell pepper and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy! Add more soy sauce, if needed
