Description

An easy oven-baked chicken thigh recipe with barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and melted cheddar cheese for a family-friendly dinner that’s packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fats (this was 8 chicken thighs for me)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken pieces on the sheet.
  3. In a small bowl stir the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika together. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over each chicken thigh.
  4. Use a baster brush to brush the barbecue sauce evenly over each piece of chicken.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle a tablespoon of ranch over each chicken thigh. Then sprinkle each thigh with 2 Tbsp of shredded cheddar. Bake for 3 more minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
