Description
An easy oven-baked chicken thigh recipe with barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and melted cheddar cheese for a family-friendly dinner that’s packed with flavor.

- 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fats (this was 8 chicken thighs for me)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400° F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken pieces on the sheet.
- In a small bowl stir the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika together. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over each chicken thigh.
- Use a baster brush to brush the barbecue sauce evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of ranch over each chicken thigh. Then sprinkle each thigh with 2 Tbsp of shredded cheddar. Bake for 3 more minutes.
