Description
A healthy and delicious cauliflower dish made with the help of your Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup plain full fat greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp parmesan reggiano shredded cheese
Instructions
- Pour 1 ½ cups of water into bottom of Instant Pot. Add cauliflower into a steamer basket. Drop the basket into the Instant Pot. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Move the steamer basket out of the pot and set aside. Discard the water.
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting (“less” setting). Pour in the milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper. Whisk in the flour until it thickens the milk. Stir in the yogurt and warm through. Fold in the cauliflower. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
