Description

A creamy chicken, orzo and broccoli one pot dish. An easy dump-and-go recipe with a 1 minute pressure cook time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 23 cups (about 12 ounces) cooked, chopped chicken (such as rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup uncooked orzo (about 5.6 ounces)
  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pour broth into Instant Pot. Add in the chicken in an even layer. Sprinkle the orzo on top of the chicken. Evenly dump the broccoli over the top of the orzo. Dump in the cream of chicken, Worcestershire and poultry seasoning. Don’t stir.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  3. Stir well. Serve and enjoy!
