Description
An all-in-one casserole loaded with seasoned ground beef, creamy salsa sauce, soft tortillas, and gooey cheese that is baked to bubbly perfection.

- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 small green pepper, cored and diced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- Dash of smoked paprika
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 6 small corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Brown for 4 minutes. Stir in the onions and green peppers and saute for 4 more minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika. Turn off the heat.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, and tortillas until combined.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
