Description
An easy egg, bacon, crouton and cheddar breakfast casserole.
Ingredients

- 5 slices of thick cut bacon
- 2 cups seasoned croutons
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325° F.
- Fry up the bacon and move to a paper towel lined plate. (I cooked my bacon in the air fryer). Crumble the bacon. Set aside.
- Spray a 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add in the croutons. Drizzle the butter over the croutons. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over the top of the cheese. Add the bacon on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
