Description
An easy Instant Pot recipe that is a mash up of sloppy joes and spaghetti. Tangy and delicious!
Ingredients

- 16 ounces lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cup beef or chicken broth
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 4 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Break up spaghetti into 2 inch pieces. Scatter the spaghetti into the pot. Pour the tomato sauce evenly over the spaghett. Add in the mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire and diced green chiles.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on top and let it melt.
- Serve and enjoy!
