Description
With tender bites of seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, pita, feta and tzatziki sauce you can’t go wrong.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Sliced pitas or naan dippers (I get these at Costco)
- Diced tomatoes
- Feta cheese
Tzatziki:
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced peeled, seeded cucumber
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the oil and swirl around. Add in the beef. Brown on all sides (about 5 minutes), then stir in the onion and garlic. Cook another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the oregano, cumin, paprika, thyme, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to coat the beef.
- Pour in beef broth, lemon juice, and vinegar. Scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 25 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 15 minutes and then move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Make the tzatziki sauce by stirring together all ingredients.
- Serve the beef with pita, tomatoes, feta and tzatziki.
