2 lbs bone-in country style ribs
1/2 package onion soup mix
16 oz cola
Place ribs in slow cooker, sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Pour cola over ribs. Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Because of the acid, using cola as a marinade tenderizes meat. This was a tasty meal and the ribs were very tender. 3 stars.
