Instant Pot Ritz Chicken
–creamy sauce and chicken with a buttery, crumbly Ritz cracker topping. Tastes great served over rice and is fast and easy to make any day of the week.
chicken broth chicken breast cutlets ranch dressing mix cream of chicken soup sour cream cornstarch ritz crackers melted butter
Pour broth into Instant Pot. Place chicken into the pot, in one layer if possible.
Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the chicken. Spoon cream of chicken soup over the top of the chicken.
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Set to 7 minutes then let sit for 8-10 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid.
In a bowl stir sour cream and cornstarch together. Stir this into the Instant Pot.

Stir Ritz crumbs and the butter together. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Crisp up the crumbs at 350° F for 5 minutes.
