Description
A sinfully good bacon cheeseburger casserole with tater tots on top.
Ingredients

- 4 strips of thick bacon
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1/3 cup diced dill pickles
- 12 ounces tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Fry the bacon and cook until crispy (I do this step in the air fryer). Place on paper towel lined plate and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the ground beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard and pickles.
- Transfer to a 9×9 inch baking dish. Top with the tater tots. Bake for 35 minutes, or until tots are golden brown.
- Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top. Add the cheese on top and let it melt for 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
