Description

An easy one-pot Instant Pot dinner made with ground beef, pasta, ranch-style beans, tomatoes, corn and a savory sauce.

Ingredients

16 oz lean ground beef

1 cup diced onion

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

2 cup beef broth

8 oz radiatore pasta

1 (15 oz) can ranch style beans

1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom

1 cup frozen corn

Instructions

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease.
  2. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.
  3. Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off saute setting.
  4. Sprinkle in the pasta. Dump in the ranch style beans, crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom and corn. Don’t stir.
  5. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  6. Gently stir and serve. If desired, sprinkle with some cheese on top.
