Description
An easy one-pot comfort food dinner made with tender chicken, frozen egg noodles, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese and sour cream made in the Instant Pot.

- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz Reams frozen egg noodles
- 18 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (12 oz) bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Pour broth into Instant Pot. Dump in the frozen egg noodles and chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with onion powder, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Cook the frozen veggies in the microwave according to package directions. Stir them into the pot along with the sour cream and cheddar.
