101 Slow Cooker Summer Suppers–Enough summer crockpot recipes to get you through the entire summer!

I cannot believe that summer is here!  I’m kind of freaking out a little bit.  My kids have been on year round school so they only get about 6 weeks of summer break but it’s still 6 weeks of unplanned time.  6 weeks of pool, 6 weeks of “I’m bored, mom,” 6 weeks of popsicles (for the kids), 6 weeks of ice cream (for the mom), 6 weeks of “we should go camping mom,” 6 weeks of me resisting camping.  You know what I’m talking about right?!  Time is exceedingly abundant for kids but not for moms who are still trying to get everything done without any time to themselves.  Why not make it easy on yourself? Plan your meals for a month at a time with this guide.  Choose the meals that your family will like and get them going in the crock while you’re feeding your kids breakfast or lunch!  Then when you get home from the pool in the afternoon/evening you won’t have to scramble to make dinner. Most of it will have been taken care of by the slow cooker.  The other really great part is that the slow cooker won’t heat up your kitchen like an oven or stove will!  Keep cool this summer and your AC bill down–use your crockpot!
