Serves 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups water
1/2 cup Shirley J Universal Sauce
1/2 tsp Shirley J Chicken bouillon
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
Pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

Roll chicken in the thyme so that it is coated on both sides. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle lightly with black pepper. In a skillet over the stovetop, combine water, Universal Sauce, and bouillon. Bring to a slow boil over medium heat and then let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the dijon mustard. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours.

Review:
I am so proud of this dish. It is so rewarding when I create something that actually works. I loved this. The thyme and dijon were complimentary and the creaminess of the Shirley J Universal sauce was perfect. I give this 5 stars. Make sure not to overcook the chicken.
