Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 (15 oz) can sloppy joe sauce
- 8 buns
Instructions
- In the bottom of your slow cooker combine the pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and sloppy joe sauce. Stir.
- Add in the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours (for breasts) or 6 hours (for thighs). Remove the chicken and shred on a cutting board. Add the chicken back in and stir.
- Toast the buns and serve a heaping portion of the chicken and sauce on top of each bun. Enjoy!
