I know there must be others like me that would love to have several dinners
prepped at one time. I was able to do the grocery shopping for 5
meals in minutes and then prep the freezer meals and clean up in
about 45 minutes (but who’s counting).
Today we will be making:
Chicken Enchilada Soup
Asian Chicken Barbecue
Mustard Tarragon Chicken
Cheesy Chicken and Lentils
Chicken Sloppy Joes
Because we are just using chicken in all the recipes it’s cheap and really fast to get these meals together. I like to shop for chicken when it’s on sale or buy it at Costco in the freezer section. The big bags of boneless, skinless chicken thighs at Costco are about $2 per pound and work wonderfully for these recipes.

I had a lot of the ingredients for these recipes in my pantry already and I bet you will too. So make sure to compare the grocery list with what’s already sitting in your pantry before you head to the store.
Before we move on to the instructions make sure to check out these other freezer meal posts as well:

I put the instructions for the chicken slow cooker freezer meals in a PDF form, making it easy for you to download and print off the instructions.
Hi my e book came through as windings. Could you please send me the link
I bought the ebook and it did not download. Could you send me the link?
Just sent it!
Karen, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but can any of the recipes in your “CHICKEN FREEZER MEALS FOR THE CROCKPOT.pdf” be converted to Instant Pot recipes? Thanks!!
I need to look at them and see. I think there would definitely have to be some changes. I’ll let you know!
Wow Karen, You make it sound so easy and fast.
I literally started having hunger pangs halfway through the post. It looks amazing and I bet it also tastes delicious too. It is the perfect dish to cook up in this season. I can’t wait to try it . Looking forward to reading more delectable recipes in the upcoming posts.
Wonderful and time saving tutorial! I seriously need to do this.
You should!!! I seriously love it so much.
I love having a freezer full for meals ready when I am! it makes those busy nights so much less stressful
This is exactly what every busy parent needs! I usually do a good portion of my cooking for the week on Sunday, but I have to admit, I rarely put together a bunch of freezer meals unless I am making double of what we are cooking for the week. I need to start doing this more…it would make my life so much easier!
It really does make life easier! you should try it 🙂
