Serves 4
4 Bone-in chicken thighs
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T brown sugar
1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.

I literally made this recipe up as I went along, using ingredients that I had on hand. I was so pleased with the result. It had a great flavor and was very tender. My daughter (who is now 5…eek!) said, “Mom, this chicken is so good. I love it.” This is huge for me and for her. For me: to make something she’ll love and eat. For her: to say that she loves something besides cake and ice cream. I give it 4 stars.
Just wanted to let you know that I have been trying to do dinner in the crockpot all week, (we made no peek stew on Monday, Greek Chicken (with red potatoes) on Tuesday, and this barbecue chicken last night)and my family has never been happier! My husband (who is just a tiny bit picky:-) has loved every single meal, and that alone is amazing! Thanks for the great site, and all of the wonderful recipes, and the ratings! I truly love it!

I'm trying this one today with a slight variation. I'm using Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette dressing, as I don't have any Balsamic Vinaigrette. I'm excited to see how it turns out.
