Description

A giant pancake you can make in the oven or slow cooker.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Powdered sugar or maple syrup, for topping

Instructions

Oven Instructions:

  1. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and place it in the freezer. Heat oven to 450° F. 
  2. Add eggs into a medium bowl and whisk well. 
  3. Slowly add in the flour and beat well. Stir in the sugar, salt, milk, melted butter and vanilla. 
  4. Pour into the cold pan and bake at 450° F for 18 minutes and then 350° F for 10 minutes. 
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter, syrup, strawberries, etc.

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  1. Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add eggs into a medium bowl and whisk well. 
  3. Slowly add in the flour and beat well. Stir in the sugar, salt, milk, melted butter and vanilla. 
  4. Pour into the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours. 
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter, syrup, strawberries, etc.
