  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Instant Pot Instructions:

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the oil and swirl it around. Add in the diced onion and saute for 4 minutes. Add in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour in the water and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot. Stir in the Better than Bouillon to dissolve.
