Recently, I received a The Village Press Bag’N’Box extra virgin olive oil. It is a fairly new product that is quite cool. It comes in unique packaging that features:
1. No sunlight penetration which helps maintain the integrity of the oil.
2. No air oxidation…again maintaining the integrity of the oil
3. A no drip tap…perfect for a recipe that calls for the slow addition of oil
4. Hands free and versatile shape
I made a delicious salad dressing with the olive oil that I want to share with you today. My husband and I really love salad but have a hard time finding a dressing that we love. This one we both enjoyed and I promptly went to Costco and bought the 6 pack of romaine lettuce so that we could have a reason to make the dressing again!!!
