Description
Penne pasta with chicken and a creamy ranch sauce made in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or 1 pound raw chicken cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- Splash of milk
- Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Pour broth into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the penne. Add in the garlic powder, ranch dressing mix, pepper, cream cheese and the chicken. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes. Then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir well. If needed add in a splash of milk. Scoop onto plates and top each serving with a bit of parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
