Today (and tomorrow) is an extra Prime Day for Amazon Prime members. There are quite a few deals going on that you may be interested in! Here are some of my favorites (shop early for best selection…some of the deals will sell out).

Instant Pot Duo Plus, 6-Quart Whisper Quiet 9-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker*

Need an Instant Pot? The Instant Pot Duo is the way to go! This is the latest, fancy Duo. It is 40% off today!

Instant Vortex 6 Quart Air Fryer Oven*

This is the air fryer* that I own and I really love it! My family loves crisping up tater tots in our air fryer. My favorite thing to cook in it is bacon. I also have quite a few air fryer recipes on my site.

OXO Good Grips Pressure Cooker Bakeware Sling*

I use this sling all the time in my Instant Pot cooking! If you’re looking to get a sling, this one* is on sale today.

Avokado Silicone Steamer Basket*

I love using my silicone steamer basket* all the time in my Instant Pot! Perfect for potatoes.

AMMZO Digital Meat Thermometer*

I love my digital thermometer* to test my yogurt, meats, bread etc.

Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System*

If you’re in the market for a new blender and food processor this Ninja System* might be the deal for you! You use the same base for both the blender, food processor and the Nutri Ninja Cups.

Crock-Pot 7-Quart Oval Manual Slow Cooker*

If you’re looking to feed a big crowd this 7 quart slow cooker* would do the job!

Pyrex Simply Store 24-Pc Glass Food Storage Container Set*

I love Pyrex glass storage containers*! They come in handy and don’t stain. Good for the freezer too.

Crockpot Electric Lunch Boxes*

My son used to bring his lunch to school in one of these crockpot lunch containers*! He was a legend at his elementary school.

Rubbermaid 42-Piece Food Storage Containers with Lids*

As you know, I’m always cooking! So we do have a lot of leftovers at our house. I store my leftovers in rubbermaid containers*. They are handy and I like the interchangeable lids.

OXO POP Containers*

I love these containers* for my sugar, baking soda, salt, etc. They come in handy for so many different purposes.

Echo Show*

I keep my Echo Show* in the kitchen. I like listening to music or podcasts while I’m cooking. You can also ask Alexa for any information you need like “Alexa, how many grams are there in one cup of flour?” I set my Echo Show to show pictures from past years. I am always seeing cute pictures of the kids when they were younger which is fun!

FireStick*

This year I finally ditched the dish and got YouTube TV which is a better option for my family! I ordered a Firestick* and love it! I downloaded the YouTube TV app plus other streaming services we use (like Disney+ and others). It’s convenient because you can use your voice to command the TV. Plus I love using the remote, it is much better than the AppleTV remote.

Sherpa Eddie Bauer Throw Blanket*

In the cabin I have a few sherpa throw blankets* and the whole family fights over them. They are so cozy and comfy and perfect for cuddling up and watching TV.

KitchenAid Stand Mixers*

If you’re looking to buy a KitchenAid stand mixer* they have a lot of cute ones on sale today (32% off)!

Hi Karen On one of your recipes you called to use the Fat Diddio pan the measurements being 7 x 4
I searched high and low on Amazon for the pot and couldn’t find it. Do they not make it anymore? I had to cut back a recipe to accommodate the pan I have and we didn’t have enough left-overs 🙁
    Is yours an older pan?

It’s the fat daddio. Here’s the link

      I hope that works

Karen, I love your recipes as well as your comments on them. I appreciate your nutritional information. It helps so much in determining meals for different types of diets. Would you consider adding the serving size, as in ounces ( measurements) per serving? If a recipe serves 6, I may over serve a portion, therefore making the nutritional info inaccurate! Thanks for your consideration.

One thing I do that helps with that is to serve all the portions at the same time, even leftovers. It helps make sure all portions are equal and keeps me from going back to have seconds. Or, let’s be honest, thirds on some of these recipes. 🙂
