A sweet and savory crockpot chicken recipe made with orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for a flavorful dinner that’s perfect served over rice.

- 24 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs (frozen or fresh)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of red chili flakes
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for topping
Instructions
- Add chicken thighs into bottom of slow cooker.
- In a bowl whisk together the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, water, vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch and chili flakes. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 2-4 hours, depending on how hot your slow cooker cooks and whether or not your chicken is frozen.
- Shred up the chicken and stir it into juices. Serve topped with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and green onions.
