Description

An easy breakfast casserole with only 4 ingredients. 


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package Pillsbury crescent roll dough sheets
  • 1 (16 oz) package breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll the dough sheet and press it into the bottom of the pan.
  2. Brown the sausage and drain off excess grease. Sprinkle the sausage on top of the dough.
  3. In a bowl beat the eggs and add in some salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs over the sausage. 
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until no longer jiggly. Serve with salsa if desired.
