Description
An easy Instant Pot recipe with rice, cabbage, ground pork and seasonings. A family favorite!

- 1 (20 oz) package ground pork
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup converted rice
- 1/2 of a head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the pork and the onions. Break up the pork. Brown for about 5 minutes. If there is excess grease, drain it off.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
- Sprinkle in the rice, don’t stir. Add in the cabbage and finally the cream of chicken soup.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting.
