Description
A quick and easy Instant Pot dinner featuring seasoned ground beef, cavatappi pasta, and sloppy joe sauce, finished with melty pepper jack cheese and tangy dill pickles for a fun, flavorful twist.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 ounces cavatappi noodles
- 1 (15 oz) can sloppy joe sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the noodles. Dump the sloppy joe sauce over the pasta evenly.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes. Move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Stir in the cheese and pickles. Serve and enjoy!
